embora com o vaucher de confirmação do Hotel Flat H Ubatuba me foi enviado uma mensagem via WhatsApp me informando que já estava lotado e que não poderia me hospedar. Após ter já pago o valor da diária por cartão, tive que fazer um pagamento à vista de $120,00 na nova pousada conseguida pela Sandra do Flat H Ubatuba. Foi uma decepção até porque foi a primeira vez que utilizei o site Hotéis.com.
