The house is fully isolated with built area of 300sqm and 1500sqm of land. Large living room with 3 environments, kitchen, two balconies, pool with deck, barbecue and hammocks. Covered garage and outdoor parking for 4 cars. House built with demolition material, all decorated. Surrounded by vegetation (Atlantic forest). It is located 300 meters from the beach. The house has two suites and two bedrooms that sleep well 10 adults and 2 children. Total of 3 internal bathrooms. Internet (wifi) - subject to network swings.

Quando chegamos na casa, ela estava muito organizada e limpa. A cozinha é completa (com-ple-ta), tem todos os utensílios necessário, duas geladeiras (o que ajuda muito) e um freezer. A área externa era linda!! No meio da mata Atlântica, e a suite principal muito boa! A piscina estava sempre limpa, pois a proprietária mentem alguns funcionários por lá. Lugar seguro e praia linda e limpa! Experiência foi ótima. Proprietária é ótima, responde rapidamente e é muito gentil.
