Detached vacation home with an enclosed garden near the Wadden Sea coast

This luxurious 6-person vacation home is located at the "De Friese Wadden" recreation park. The park is close to the Wadden Sea, Franeker, and Harlingen, and serves as an excellent base for trips to places such as Leeuwarden, one of the Wadden Islands, or the lake district.
The park features a swimming pool (free admission), a playground, a snack bar, and free use of the tennis courts. There is a bakery within walking distance, which also offers a limited selection of groceries.
The home is fully equipped and features a very spacious living room with an open kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and a standard coffee maker. The home also includes a TV, radio, washing machine and dryer, a crib, and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi is also available. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms (with mosquito screens), each with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is a separate toilet on the first floor.
The property, which spans over 500 m², has two parking spaces. The property is fully fenced. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Pets stay for free.
(Youth) groups and workers/employees are not permitted in the house.

Every year during Ascension weekend, the village festival takes place from Wednesday through Sunday. There is a small fair, and there are activities and music at the sports field next to the park, which may cause noise disturbances.
