Staff rude, hole in hotel room door where peep hole was supposed to be, no tv, another room and no tv remote and no hot water, a homeless man was staying in the room next to us for free. Entire property is not cared for and has attracted people that you don’t want your kids around. Went down the block and got another hotel and they said we aren’t the first ones to show up at 3am wanting to get away from Magnuson.

was dirty, run down and I actually left a day early. The whole property needs updating, a lot of renovations, and just to be cleaned. There was trash around, trash in front of my room door when I checked in.

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed with filthy dirty, bodily fluids on the wall down the bed hair all over the bathroom. If I hadn’t been exhausted, tired I would not even have stayed stunk. Electrical receptacles are pulled out out of the wall not even a place to plug-in stunk just
