The room was okay. The bathtub needed some work. Shipped and the tiles needed bleach or something sprayed in the grout. It looked unsanitary. They need new bathtubs and regrout the tile. the beds were too soft for me; I woke up with my back hurting. I went down to purchase some candy, and I needed to use my card instead of the cash I had on me. I don't want to use my card to purchase things like that in a hotel. Great location in Mineola.

The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. I only wished I had gotten her name to include in this review. I believe she is a new employee of less than 6 months. Our room was cream and comfortable and she ensured we were satisfied with our accommodations. Please let her know that she had a positive impact on our experience and to keep up the good work.

At check in the clerk was not very friendly and it seemed to take a long time. The hallways in both floors were being repainted so there were ladders. workmen and equipment we had to dodge around to get to our room Saturday. Sunday they were not working so it was better.
