Nice staff. A lot of the ammenities were downstairs in basement and seemed like they were closed so couldn’t access any of it. AC in the room didn’t work brought it up to staff but didn’t get fixed

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It seems to have a lack of maintenance in some areas. The bathroom was very nice, but the shower drain was partially blocked, so by the end of a shower, you would be standing in 3 inches of water. The elevator button to go up or down from the 6th floor wasn't functional, so we had to walk down. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. The air conditioning was virtually non-existent. We arrived on a hot day and the was barely a trickle of cool air from the vent. We opened the window, but the comings and goings of cars and motorcycles in the street and parking lot below made it difficult to sleep, not to mention the noise from the nightclub behind the hotel on Friday and Saturday. Our Monday and Tuesday nights were better, as it has cooled off and it was quieter. The bed looked old but was comfotable just the same.

Outdated. Stained, old carpets in the rooms and hallways, dirty walls, old, outdated furniture in the rooms. Towels limited to one per person. Limited toiletries. Hotel is smoke free but you can smell strong odor in the rooms and hallways. Great location and nice breakfast is a plus.

Excellent hotel for the Auschwitz

Really close to the train station. Although tychy is not a popular city for tourists but it’s still pretty close to the Auschwitz.
