This top floor, corner condo looks out over the pool and restaurant to the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. You'll be devoting full time to this large corner balcony! The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the spacious living area with plenty of cozy seating for the entire family, and the sliding-glass door leading to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath, in addition to a floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass door leading out onto the deck. The second and third bedrooms have a king bed and a set of twin beds, respectively, and share the second bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. This gated building, Summerwinds, has easy access to the pools, one of which is heated, and the beach. This is perfect for a family! NO Pets, please.
