This spacious and sun-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfectly positioned just steps from Tybee’s vibrant South Beach and iconic pier. Whether you`re here to soak up the sun, stroll along the shore, or explore the island’s charm, this coastal retreat offers the ideal location and all the comforts of home.
- When departing, please **RETURN THE KEYS TO THE LOCKBOX**. Please do not leave the keys inside the property.
- **PARKING PASSES MUST BE DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD! IF A VEHICLE IS AT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A PASS, IT IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED!!**
- Parking passes are on the kitchen counter inside the property.
- The entire home is NON-SMOKING, including balconies.
- We do not suggest ordering packages to your unit. Many of the properties on Tybee Island do not receive mail delivery.
- For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED. All visiting guests must be reported and approved by the host.
