Upon entering the property we noticed it was flooded. I called the number listed and got in touch with a representative. The man informed he was not with Tybee vacation but would contact them immediately to inform where we needed to park or could he re-routed. The staff nor the representative contacted me back. We walked through water for two days before it receded. While entering the property we found one entrance was cautioned off and was unable to use due to rotting boards and unsafe conditions. Kitchen door was broken out to other deck. Only two towels on the property. Housekeeping finally called and ask how we were getting to the rental as his staff informed him the area was flooded. Two nights into our stay, we found roaches in the kitchen; once again informed the number listed with no response. I called the office every day, left a message, and no one reported back. I called the main office during business hours from Mon-Wed with no returned calls. Bed comforters were dirty and the bed was full of sand. Location was nice and the condo was nice other than needed repairs.
