This property is a duplex. This is the listing for Unit B (the side opposite to the pool). The outdoor space and pool is shared with guests staying in the other unit. There is a private deck outside the master bedroom for your unit only with a fire pit and chairs.
Upon entering the unit there is an open concept living area with a 55 inch smart tv, comfortable seating, and upscale furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove, full size refrigerator, and a 2 in 1 dishwasher sink for a unique space saving feature.
Off the kitchen, there is a queen bedroom with an ensuite half bath featuring a stall shower. This bedroom also has a designated work space with a desk. Passing through the queen bedroom towards the front of the property is the second bedroom with custom built bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a queen size bed and the top is twin size.
Past the living room guests can access the in unit washer and dryer as well as the second bathroom with double sinks and a tub shower. There are grab rails in the tub of this bathroom.
The third bedroom at the back on the unit is King size with a Smart Tv and a door that leads to the private outdoor area with a fire pit and chairs.
