The living room offers plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV, while sliding glass doors lead out to spacious decks that bring in the coastal breeze and extend your living space outdoors. Whether you're gathering after the beach or enjoying a quiet night in, the layout makes it easy for everyone to feel comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for group meals, with an eight-person dining table and additional seating at the kitchen counter. From quick breakfasts before the beach to full dinners at home, the space is set up to keep things simple and functional.

Where Carpe Beachem really stands out is in how it handles larger groups. The multi-level layout creates natural separation, giving guests the flexibility to spread out when needed.

Downstairs, the game room offers a dedicated space to unwind, complete with a billiards table and its own kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave, perfect for drinks, snacks, or keeping the fun going without heading upstairs.

Step outside and you’ll find multiple decks for relaxing, along with an outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after the beach quick and easy.

When it’s time to turn in, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, along with additional sleeping space in the upstairs common area.

The main level primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath, while another includes a full bed with its own bathroom. The upstairs common area includes a futon for additional sleeping space.

On the ground level, you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, along with a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
