A Note About Air Conditioning

As an authentic 1910 beach cottage, the house does not have central air-conditioning. It is cooled with a mini-split system and individual room air conditioners. The bedrooms and living areas stay comfortably cool, although the bathroom may feel a little warmer during the hottest summer days.

Tybee Island Water Quality

According to the City of Tybee Island’s 2025 Annual Water Quality Report, Tybee’s tap water meets or exceeds Safe Drinking Water Act standards. It is safe to drink, cook with and use for bathing.

Pool and Hot Tub Agreement

Because you will have exclusive use of the private pool and hot tub, guests are required to sign a brief safety agreement online through DocHub. It is quick and easy to complete.

Once the agreement is signed, you will receive a helpful welcome email with additional information about the house—including my favorite Tybee Island restaurants and local recommendations.
