Welcome to Oceanfront Pearl, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the exclusive DeSoto Beach Club—one of the few Tybee Island properties with a private pool overlooking the Atlantic. Located in the quiet mid-beach area, this upscale retreat is perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, space, and stunning ocean views. This condo sleeps between 7 and 9 and be sure to check out our free amenities.
- The entire home is NON-SMOKING, including balconies.
- **PARKING PASSES MUST BE DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD! IF A VEHICLE IS AT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A PASS, IT IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED!!**
- Parking passes are on the kitchen counter inside the property.
- We do not suggest ordering packages to your unit. Many of the properties on Tybee Island do not receive mail delivery.
- For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED. All visiting guests must be reported and approved by the host.
- Property Trash Day is Monday and Thursday. We ask that you please remove all trash at the end of your stay and place it in the appropriate bin.
- Please load and start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes at the end of your stay.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am local time.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. If you are found to have a pet on the property without permission, an additional fee of $200 will be charged.
