This was a great place to stay on the north side of the island! There were several great places to eat nearby and it was just a few minutes to walk to the beach! The communication with Bonnie was excellent and her recommendations were fantastic! We hope it’s available for our next trip to Tybee.

Great location in the north end. Very clean. Beach is just 2 blocks away. Rent bikes or golf carts at the Sugar Shack one block away. We highly recommend the adjacent brewery for good company, food, beer, and entertainment.

Room was very nice and clean. My only problem was it was listed as being closer to the beach. The listing had it on the beachside of the highway but it was on the other side so we had to cross a 5 lane main road and walk almost 4 blocks to the public beach access.

Perfect location

My wife and I had a great experience. It’s centrally located on the island, so it’s just a short walk to a less crowded part of the beach. It’s also close to numerous bars and restaurants. We cook a lot, so it was great to have cooking utensils and cookware. It was a perfect stay and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Weekend Getaway

Convenient and walkable to restaurants and stores. Loved that it was ground level. There's a lot of hustle and bustle during the day but very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice efficient place for 2 people.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to be able to walk to some of the restaurants, stores and beach. The Starfish was very clean and neat. Bonnie the host was so nice and quickly answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this.

Tybee Island

Great spot. Clise to beach, pizza, icream and brewery. Host Bonnie was great. Kept in contact throughout visit. Gave recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed and made suggestions on where to eat and visit.

A perfect 1-2 person stay

Bonnie’s location was clean and just as the description said. I had a little trouble with the app and I was able to get in touch with her quickly to be able to still check in. It’s a perfect little place for 1-2 people and I was able to walk/bike anywhere I wanted to go on the island.

Great weekend getaway

My wife and I took a quick weekend getaway here at the Sunshine! Bonnie our host was awesome! Everything was as advertised and the location was close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. This was my wife’s first trip to Tybee and the beach was fantastic! Short 5 min. walk and not crowded at all! The ice cream shop across the street was a great way to cool off after a relaxing day in the water! We enjoyed our time and will definitely look to book again.
