good for large numbers

Property has lots of room for large numbers - e.g. families, cousins, etc. It is well located with good proximity to Twizel town center.However, the outdoor BBQ was quite disgusting and had not been cleaned for months. I cleaned it myself, but then it did not work as it has not been serviced.Also, the cleaning in general could have been a lot better.And why are there no spoons?For the price, I would expect a better level of property management.Also, the view onto the neighbours and their collection of cars leaves a lot to be desired.
