Pedalfish Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage, often we rent it out as 2 units `Galaxy Views` and `Milky Way` (joined by a lockable internal door) BUT YOU ARE RENTING THE WHOLE HOUSE WITH THIS LISTING. There are incredible views of the expansive, unique Mackenzie landscape and this is one of the best possible locations to view the UNESCO International Dark Sky Reserve.
Gaze at the stars through the skylight on your king size bed in the master bedroom.

There is a full kitchen plus a kitchenette, open plan kitchen/dining/living with a seperate lounge, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The wood fireplace and gas heating ensure a warm stay over the cooler winter months and the heat pump gives you both warmth during cooler months and air conditioning for warmer months.

Everything good about the Mackenzie is right here at the brand new Pedalfish Cottages. There are incredible views of the expansive, unique Mackenzie landscape, and 360 degree views of the mountains. The hydro canals for world renowned fishing are just minutes walk away, and the A2O cycle trail is right on your doorstep. This is one of the best possible locations to view the UNESCO International Dark Sky Reserve.

Pedalfish Cottages is made up of two semi-detached units, `Galaxy Views` and `Milky Way`. Joined by a lockable internal door Pedalfish converts perfectly to a three bedroom cottage that can sleep up to six for larger groups or if you want this location all to yourself.

Galaxy Views has one bedroom, open plan kitchen/dining/living with wood fire and gas heating. Gaze at the stars through the skylight on your king size bed in the master bedroom.

Milky Way has kitchenette/dining/living with gas heating, two bedrooms with queen size beds and generous bathroom.

This semi rural paradise is only 5 kilometres from the shops, cafes and restaurants of the Twizel township.

Excellent Stay

I enjoyed my birthday weekend staying at the Pedalfish Cottage. The property manager was very responsive to my messages throughout my stay and I felt supported. As an added bonus, I saw the aurora right from the doorstep of the cottage! What an amazing experience!

Amazing views out every window

Lovely house - felt like home from our arrival. The wood burner was lovely on a rainy day and I loved watching the birds of prey often flying above the paddock just outside the window. Plenty of space for the 3 of us and just magic being surrounded by mountains.
