Rock Creek Canyon | 3BR, Hot Tubs, Sauna, Fire Pit

The whole property is yours: two connected units on 1.5 acres at the edge of Rock Creek Canyon, minutes from Twin Falls. Three bedrooms, two full kitchens, two private hot tubs, a private sauna, and fire pits give families and friends room to spread out and still be together. Sleeps up to 10, pets are welcome, and pull-through parking has room for trailers. Quiet, private, and an easy place to stay for a night or a week.



Hot tubs, sauna, and fire pits: Each unit has its own private hot tub, open all day, all year. Unit 1's seats 3 and Unit 2's seats 4. The sauna is private too, in the same shed as Unit 1's hot tub. Each unit has a Solo fire pit on its back patio, and firewood is provided.



Inside: Unit 1 has a California king bedroom with views through a 14-foot glass sliding door. Unit 2 has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, and an open kitchen and living area with walls of windows framing the canyon and countryside. Both units have granite kitchens stocked for cooking, in-unit laundry, spa-like bathrooms, and smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Each unit has an indoor fireplace that is decorative only; a candle log set is provided for ambiance.



Sleeping: The beds sleep six: a California king in Unit 1, and a king and a queen in Unit 2. Two queen air mattresses, one per unit, bring the whole house to a maximum of 10 guests, and two Pack 'n Plays are available for infants.



Outside and around: The property spans 1.5 acres with a large front yard and mature landscaping, and sits right above a trout farm in Rock Creek Canyon. Desert Station, a historic stagecoach stop on the Oregon Trail, is marked by a sign at the south end of the property. Deer, falcons, hawks, and blue heron are regular visitors.



Parking: Four designated spaces (two per unit), two paved in front of the garage and two gravel in front of Unit 2. The long pull-through driveway has room for more vehicles and large trailers; message us first so we can guide you.

Good to know: The property sits on the edge of Rock Creek Canyon, and the canyon rim is not fenced. Nothing on the property is fully fenced: a cedar privacy fence separates the two units' backyards, and the older farm fencing around parts of the property is in various states of repair, so please do not rely on it to contain children or pets. Unit 1's back patio has a retaining wall, and the ground slopes away into the canyon beyond it. The hot tubs are not fenced. Please supervise children. Unit 1 has one step (about 6 inches) up at its front entrance and two steps down to its back patio. Unit 2 is at ground level at all three exterior doors.



Wildlife and cameras: Coyotes, snakes, moose, and cougars (mountain lions) may also be in the area. Please keep your distance from wildlife and keep children and pets close. Three security cameras: two outside in front monitoring the parking areas, and one inside the garage monitoring to ensure backup supplies are stocked. The garage is not part of the guest stay. No cameras view the home's interior, hot tubs, sauna or patios.
