The check in staff was wonderful. I originally put 5 stars because that was the question. But when it asked for feedback, the question changed to an overall rating. Thats not cool. The overall stay was not 5 stars. After a long 9 hour drive, we arrived around 1 am and there was a bottle cap and questional white powder in a paper wrap under the mattress of one bed, there were lucky charms and blueberry muffin crumbs all in the sofa bed. There was a fry under/behind the sofa bed. There was a baggy with apple cores? In the fridge door and also some green cup on a stick thing... it was gross and the last thing we wanted to deal with in the middle of the night. The checkin person was very apologetic and fgot us a new room immediately, but it still made the overall experience poor. The lady that made the continental breakfast did an amazing job. We dis not use any amenties this go around.

At check in the staff was nice. The room was clean but had a funky smell. Really wish the jacuzzi was working. Overall the stay wasn't bad, however the condition of the hotel in general was rough. Need was okay. The comforter was stained. The curtains had several stains. TLC needed.

This is our go to hotel in Twin Falls when visiting my Brother. I love that it has family suites that accommodate all 6 of us. The breakfast is great with plenty of choices. Their pool is usually open till midnight and is in doors. Reasonable prices. The parking can be tricky and usually fills up fast leaving no where to park legally.

We chose this hotel for the hot tub & breakfast but the hot tub was out of order and the staff did not give us any information on the breakfast hours when we checked in so we missed breakfast. Every other hotel stay we have had has breakfast until 10 so it was very unexpected to have it close at 9. We would have liked to have been notified about these things prior to our stay so we could have made other arrangements. There were blood stains on the sheets of one of the beds and the hallway in building B smelled like weed.

Quite outdated & dingy. Sheets & comforter were stained in many places. It was quiet thankfully. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Breakfast was fair, but not much for me being gluten free. Fine for one night.
