The hot tub jets did not work. The carpet in the room was stained. Beds were comfortable and amenities and bathroom.were clean and filled. Great selection at breakfast although it ended a bit early. Doggy area was clean and well stopped with doggy bags.

The carpet in the hallways and rooms were dirty and appeared to be badly stained. The room itself was not very clean. We ended up leaving and checking into a clean hotel.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & DIRTY

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel often for work. I usually love quality Inn and suites. They’re usually very friendly and accommodating. This one in Twin Falls has the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with they act like they are being bothered if you even walk up to the counter, they have no Friendliness to them at all. There was blood stains on the linens. It was disgusting and the AC never worked and they did nothing about it at all. I would never stay here again. Especially a gal that she said her name was Betty. She even rolled her eyes at me. I have never had this kind of service at the quality and before I came to Twin Falls.

Hallway floors were stained and hallway smelled like smoke, liquor, etc. The room had stains in the carpet. Semi truck parked outside my room window at 4:30 am and left truck running waking me up.

Well it started with the elevator......the lobby looks fine and the staff were friendly but the moment you walk into the elevator you get a real look at how this hotel is. It's filthy.....the elevator floor is covered in dirt, mud, spills, grass etc. The buttons are covered in a weird grease and you are seriously scared to touch the walls. Hop out of the elevator onto your floor and you will find unvaccumed floors and stained walls. Lord help you when you hit your room ...showers not clean, again grease all over the fridge and tables, no sheets/blankets for the pull out couch, beds that lean heavily toward the walls so much that you feel like you are sleeping while doing a handstand....and to add insult to probably what is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in we got the privilege of being charged over $200 for a suite. Perhaps skip this hotel over and stay elsewhere
