Just want to be honest here. The term pet friendly means pets are accepted. I believe the description needs to be added to “extra fees will be applied.” Otherwise, charging extra pet fees after checked in, appears nothing more than just being a scam. A couple things… Add a broiler plate to your kitchen! Replace the screen door shock absorber. They are 25 bucks on Amazon. Change one of the beds out to a king size bed. And buy a more quality mattress.
