Perfect stop over , ideal location formed part of our road trip. This hotel was very, very good up there with everything it had to offer. So comfortable, clean, huge big rooms. Shame we only stayed one night and didnt manage to fit in using the spa and pool. It looked so good. Twin Falls area was beautiful so clean and friendly. Keep up the good work , you cant go wrong staying here. Very good x

We stayed here 2x in 9 days. Twin falls is our halfway point between montana and California. TV didnt work, had to change rooms. Pool was filthy and hot tub was closed on our first stay. I thought maybe they would be open 9 days later... NOPE. out of order again. Closed. $225 a night is ridiculous if we cant even get the ammenties. Not staying with them anymore. Also the first the time I booked the hotel. The agent booked us for the wrong city. I am now being told that I don't get a refund before it even though it was the agent book does in the wrong city. We don't even drive through that city

Great stay though we ran out of coffee in lobby with both pots. Hot tub was broken but pool was open 24 hrs. Great breakfast but didn’t have a couch in our room like expected

The hot tub was not working. The staff people did not mention that when we checked in nor was it noted on their website, very disappointing. Loud noises at night like doors slamming, kids running in the hall way around 2:00 am. Beds comfortable and room clean.
