Pool was nice. Breakfast was okay. I got to listen to my neighbors alarms go off for hours while I lay in bed in the morning. Even after mentioning it to the person at the front desk. Parking lot has only one entrance and exit making it difficult to navigate during heavy traffic. I will stay elsewhere when visiting Twin Falls from now on. Best Western has lost a customer.

Room. Had pull out bed. No extra pillows, sheets, comforters in room. Went down to desk and they let known that they didn’t have any more pillows and so we had to use blankets folded up. -room never was cleaned, when sign was removed off door every morning, early.
