The Space:

Joshua Tree Olive Farm is a working olive farm on 5 private acres in remote North Joshua Tree, built by a French father and son, with more than 1,000 olive trees. The newly redecorated farmhouse keeps the rustic character of a true farm home while adding modern comforts. Outside are a four-person hot tub, an 8-foot cowboy tub, a wood-burning fire pit and a picnic table in the orchard. With two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it suits couples and small groups of up to four.

-Outdoor Amenities-

The olive orchard surrounds the farmhouse, with a picnic table among the trees for sunset dinners. Soak in the four-person hot tub under the stars or cool off in the 8-foot cowboy tub, which is not an in-ground pool and is closed November through March. A wood-burning fire pit, a propane BBQ and bocce ball complete the outdoor spaces. Please take care walking among the trees so you don't disturb any irrigation lines.



-Living Area-

The living area has a 50-inch smart TV, surround sound speakers, a portable Bluetooth speaker, a dartboard, board games and books.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of spices, olive oil, utensils and cookware. There is no traditional oven, but an extra-large countertop convection oven handles most cooking needs. For coffee, there is a Nespresso espresso machine and French press, with Nespresso pods and whole bean coffee provided, along with sugar, creamer and a variety of tea.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom.



-Surrounding Area-

Joshua Tree Olive Farm is about 9 minutes from the Transmission sculpture by Daniel Popper and about 20 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree. The less crowded North Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park is about 28 minutes away.

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy!



Please note that two storage sheds are locked and used for farm supplies. This is a working farm, so please do not touch any irrigation lines, hoses or tools.

Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.



Please note that Joshua Tree Olive Farm is in a remote location, and the last 3 miles to the home are dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.



Please make sure to follow our directions to the farm, as GPS may take you on roads that are not maintained.
