Peaceful desert retreat

The house and property were very nice and very well set up and stocked. The hosts were very responsive with answers to any of our questions.

As far as rent-an-entire-house goes, this one is a gem. Cost around the same as a hotel room and you get a house that can sleep 6-8 people without issues. Roomy, cosy little garden with a good view of the desert, great selection of plates and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine well-stocked with pods for both. Two AC units that both work well and several ceiling fans on top of that, making it easy to control temperature. Location-wise it strikes a good balance of being a bit secluded without being a long distance outside of 29 Palms proper. It's about half a mile's drive down a dirt road. Checking in and out was smooth, bed was comfortable and the place felt fresh and clean. Really don't have anything negative to say, would stay here again.
