Dreadful smell outside on arrival, shower head sprayed water everywhere and was most uncomfortable to shower under, TV remote wasn't working, bed uncomfortable and felt cold as air conditioning took absolutely ages to warm the room on a very cool night. Wasn't quite the stay I was expecting from the description and photos on the booking site.

The staff were very obliging & friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. An easy walk & ideally situated between Twin Towns Club & Club Tweed. For the item you forgot or coffee & cake Tweed Mall is just across the road. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but it is in need of some renovation due to the age of the building. Check in took a while for the Manager to find my booking, but he was very pleasant and friendly. Overall a very good and reasonably priced Motel and close to the centre of town.

Lovely Motel owner helpful and kind, lovely beds clean and new. Unfortunately the pool has black spot unable to swim. The room is in need of an upgrade. The garden needs weeding if a bit of effort was put in this would be a beautiful place.
