The room was clean and had a balcony. Put put was a bonus. Breakfast was great and my husband said best pancakes he’s eaten. Could do with a couple of more lounges and there are quite a few steps to reception and there is a steep drive.

Excellent stay at The Sebel, check in with Daniella was quick and friendly. Our king suite was huge with great amenities and lovely views over the pool and surrounding areas of Coolangatta. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly need including cooked to order omelettes and I noticed there were gluten free options too. Easy walk to Twin Towns RSL club… $10 membership gives you discounts on food & drinks too. The only suggestion would be to provide more sun beds and shade around the pool area as it was very busy with nowhere to sit. Would definitely recommend a stay here and I’m sure we’ll be back! Thank you to all the staff for a lovely weekend.

The bathroom shower curtain was filthy, mouldy on the bottom. We did not receive toilet paper, therecwas no hairdryer. The lifts are terrible, line ups of 10+ people plus extended waiting. We were on level 1 and told by staff there is no stair access.
