Unfortunately the lift to our room was out of order. There was ni signage about this. The guests included an 84 year old an 80 year old and a guest with a fractured ankle. Having to walk three flughts of stairs with suitcases was not easy. Contact was made to the bumber who advised they would let reception know then hung up on me. Could not call back. When maintenance person was asked the next day we were advised that it was broken before he left on leave and was not really interested. Remainder of stay still had no signage nor an attempt to fix. Very poor communication with no consideration for elderley nor others who may have needed the lift.
