Bom café da manhã. Restaurante com almoço e jantar ótimos. A equipe de funcionários é atenciosa. No check in, passamos por uma situação desagradável, pois o funcionário pretendeu nos acomodar em habitação diversa da que havia selecionado e devidamente ajustada com o hotel com mais de um mês de antecedência. Usou um argumento (depois identificado como falso) de que não haveria disponibilidade. Somente após muita insistência, tendo eu exibido, inclusive, mensagens trocadas com a recepção do hotel, fomos acomodados no quarto previamente selecionado.

Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Piscina grande. Restaurante espaçoso. Cafe da manhã sensacional. Estacionamento amplo e coberto. Fácil acesso para a praia. Roupas de camas limpas, com algumas manchas. Quarto limpo, mas haviam algumas sujeiras e fios de cabelos nos cantos. O revés é a música na piscina, fica tocando sertanejo alto o dia todo, não combina com o ambiente e dá de ouvir nos quartos. Nas suítes superiores haviam gatos no forro, acordamos de madrugada com barulho dos bichanos brigando. Além disso, as portas não têm vedação, então dá de ouvir barulhos do corredor. Em geral a estadia foi boa.

Limpeza impecável,atendimento da recepção excelente só tive um transtorno fiquei no quarto 04 ao lado do quarto d serviço q estava cm a porta cm problema e ao abrir fazia um barulho enorme sem contar q as camareiras quando dava 6:00 era um entra e sai nesse quarto de serviço com gargalhadas conversando alto até fiz a reclamação na recepção mais ficou pior pq as risadas e conversas aumentaram

Hotel novinho e confortável a beira mar.

Hotel novo, instalações excelentes, confortável. Equipe de funcionários muito cordial e atenta. Comida excelente do restaurante Casa de Juja. Muito bom para crianças, às sextas e sábados tem recreação infantil. Música ao vivo ao final da tarde na beira da piscina é um show a parte.
