Our stay was great. Love the access to the interstate. The staff took care of all of our requests with courtesy and efficiency. The suite could use an additional bed side lamp and updated hair dryer. Room was big and clean. I have a pet and was glad to see vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet. The staff was great. Only drawback was pet area is small and not maintained well. Luckily I travel with doggy bags myself so I was ok. Breakfast had plenty of food and options. Definitely would recommend and use again.

The hotel manager tried to give away my room the weekend of Morgan Wallen because I got a cheaper rate that I booked months in advance. They called threatening me if I didn't call back by 5pm which was 15 minutes away the day before I'd lose my room. I booked a pay when I get there rate which is what I ALWAYS DO!!! DONT GIVE THIS PLACE A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY!!!! Nobody has ever tried to cancel my Expedia rooms!!!!! Crooked ass Chinese people!!!
