Room was very nice and spotless. Hotel was also very nice and service was outstanding. We were there Sunday night and Monday night so the actual restaurant wasn't open or having full service. The choice was to eat at the Roll Tide Rooftop bar which was very nice but had an extremely limited menu for an actual meal.

This is a beautiful hotel and the amenities are top notch. My complaints are minor - my room was cleaned daily but they did not take away my used coffee cups or replenish the in-room coffee or clean the vanities counter tops. Also the restaurant food was really good but our waiter did not bring wine glasses when we ordered a bottle of wine, forgot the water glasses and then forgot the silverware when the food came. We had to ask for all these as he didn’t notice. Once we received the bottle, he measured the pours which made me think he was in training.
