my room appeared to be clean and nice until i turned off light then turned the lights back on and discovered roaches everywhere. in the bathroom under the bed. i am so thankful we didnt bring any food in the room. NOT RECOMMENDED pay the extra $40 for anywhere else. extermination is heavily needed

I just really booked it for the price. Not that nice but all I had to do was sleep. The pillows were not comfy and flat and not enough pillows, and the A/C was really noisy like a dishwasher running all night long. Ice machines were broken too except for on 3rd floor.

Bathroom walls were dirty with what looked like spots of blood. Bathroom door also had 2-3 large stains. The smoke detector had been taken apart and half of it was missing.

Unexpected Room #1 Surprise

First room literally had large drops of condensation on the ceiling dropping onto floor, beds, desk, fridge. We quickly changed rooms. 2nd room bathroom fan (room 206) has large tendrils of dust and dirt hanging from it. It was a busy Univ of Alabama weekend with freshman move-ins. Most other hotels were full and gouging on the price in Tuscaloosa. The rate was reasonable if you're not expecting more than a 2-star experience.

The walls are paper thin, very noisy neighbors overhead. But the staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming of our big dog. Everything was quick and easy and affordable
