It was a little run down. I needed to print something for work and the printer wasn't working and the computer had multiple tabs open with questionable content sites. I closed them all. No elevator and of course I tripped and fell going up the stairs. No bottled water in the room. Very very average at best. Staff was polite though.

Some guy was in the pool area at night. When we arrived it was 9pm and pool is closed. My husband & I wanted to have a drink on the chaise lounges. This guy was getting dressed by the ivy wall, he comes out wearing dark blue jeans and a tank. He dipped his face into the pool, then splashed water all over his head, then proceeded to do push ups. He proceeds to start calling for this Hispanic guy, who was walking around the hotel all day on his phone, wearing a flowered printed shirt. The Hispanic guy enters the pool area and both guys walk to the side of the building across from pool. Clearly there were drugs involved and other weird things. This is not acceptable as I paid over $200 for this hotel. It made me & my husband very uncomfortable and I am going to let the front desk know

Yuck!

Carpet was dirty and needed shampooed, the ceiling had mold across it where a leak was obvious. the bathroom was somewhat clean, the pool did not look like it had been cleaned for weeks, so we did not use it. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but had full size mattress on queen size frames. Will never stop here again.

Room was dirty and run-down. Shower soap dispenser was unlocked so potentially tampered with and contained two bottles of conditioner and one of shampoo; no body soap. Fitted sheet had large burn whole. Floor was dirty. Second floor room but no elevator required luggage to be carried up stairs. Hotel is not conveniently located for town. Early check-out was met with questioning and doubt from employee despite not asking for any reimbursement for cancelled night. I will not ever stay at this location again.

It was in absolute run down condition. The place smelled like smoke and homeless people hanging out by the front door. I had no idea it was a motel. I feel like it was not true to what the pictures showed.
