The front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. However, everything else was exceptional! It was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, the manager’s reception was remarkable! I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town! Well worth every penny!
Had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Tuscaloosa. Beautiful lobby, great room, helpful, friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping and every other area!
The hotel itself is beautiful!! The front desk staff was kind, patient and polite. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the cook, working by himself was doing enough for 3 people and worked it with ease. I really enjoyed this hotel.
They had terrific customer service on day one via text messages. Day 2 no communication and room wasn’t cleaned or restocked. Had to call for extra towels and coffee and that service was fast. Otherwise, a great place and have stayed twice so far. Very close to everything .
