Room was fine but there is no coffee in lobby in morning, for some reason we didn’t get room service so no extra packs for the room coffee maker in morning. Never stayed in hotel without that didn’t have coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Being a work trip this made getting up and going in morning very un enjoyable for us.

There is a smell in the elevator and the rooms that is awful. Please address.
It was an amazing stay with delicious food at the bistro, clean room with comfortable beds and nice amenities (big screen TV/refrigerator/microwave/wifi, affordable price, and plentiful shops nearby. It was close to my destination (Moundville).
TV didn’t work and they had no luck fixing it so they changed us into another room. They took care of moving us and kept apologizing for it. Very nice and helpful.
The room was decent but they need to upgrade everything in there. Some staff members where amazing. Cleaning team went above and beyond but the place needs work
