The 2 ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming! They gave us great recommendations for dinner and were so helpful. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was within walking distance of the amphitheater, shopping, and dining. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while moving our daughter in for school at UA and it was perfect! Walking distance to the restaurants downtown, very close to campus as well. The rooms were clean, spacious and met our needs! The staff was beyond amazing, friendly, and very happy! Breakfast was great as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice location and overall a decent property. BUT our room was never cleaned. Despite having a nice conversation with the cleaning crew after we woke up and them saying your room is next.... A perk of staying in hotels is fresh towels and sheets each night. They failed at this basic expectation
