The apartment was built in 2024 and is located on Pääskysillankatu. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Prisma supermarket, a 10-minute drive to the city center, and a 5-minute drive to Kupittaa train station.



The apartment is 25 sqm and includes a private bathroom, a compact kitchenette, and a 1.4-meter-wide double bed. It also features a private terrace that opens directly to a park and forest.
