Great location

The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was under construction so the elevator was not working and we were told parking cost was the same in the hotel and in the city which was not, we paid over twice the amount in the city. We were given a free breakfast and one free night for the inconveniences. So besides the construction it is a great place to stay.

The hotel is under going renovation is over priced and in not a nice area . I use between 80 and 100 hotels a year and this experience was exceptionally poor.

Great location by train station

2nd time here in a week, better this time as far as the room goes. Elevators being worked on, so just one working. Taking the stairs from 2 floor.

A bit dated but a good value. Our room, 305, had a leak from the AC that ran under the bed to the nightstand. Didn’t see the water u til morning and had a few soaked items. Put a towel down to soak up the water. Put all our personal items up higher for the second night.

They are undergoing renovation, you can tell the building is really old and it's not in Google maps under the name of Sure Hotel etc etc .But for that same reason you can tell the staff is really trying to share the hotel new vision; super friendly, efficient and attentive. Brand new broom, that works well. Besides that, the location it's perfect. Close to the station and nice streets for dining. If you come with a car, they have private parking for extra charge. Will definitely come back for future journeys

Nice hotel but unresponsive

Very nice hotel in a good location by the station. Very friendly staff and comfortable clean room. Only bad thing was before I traveled I sent two messages on two separate occasions for assistance and was ignored. I have never had a hotel not answer my requests or questions on hotels.com but this hotel either ignores or there is a problem with the messaging system on the app. I’m inclined to believe that they do not respond

Stayed here unexpectedly as I had messed up on a booking in another hotel. So booked late, arrived late and left early so didn’t get much time here - or breakfast - but room was nice

Way better than expected! Next to the airport and shuttle service is great! However, there was an electronic music festival next to the hotel and we could hear the music all night long!

Wonderful front desk staff. In particular , Danilo was so helpful and especially with parking for us in a new city. The breakfast was quite fine with all the cappuccino /espresso you wanted! Room was cleaned daily. Very walkable area with many food and shopping choices. We walked to Lavazza museo and had a great experience there.
