Great location for visiting the sites in Turin. Close to the train station for visiting the surrounding area.

The apartment was clean and had a nice location and nice terrace. However, it was difficult to communicate with the host company when trying to get into the front door and the Vikey lock on the apartment’s door. The keys left on the table inside the apartment would not turn on the apartment’s air conditioning or lights in the kitchen area. The remaining keys would not work on other locks. We were unable to communicate through the app with the host company. We were stuck inside a hot apartment until a neighbor left her apartment and graciously allowed us to borrow her phone to call the company directly. It took two hours before they agreed to send someone out to help fix the problems. The gentleman, Marcus, was extremely helpful and did everything in his powers to help; however the a/c and lights issue couldn’t be fixed. We were offered an alternative apartment in another apartment that was far from our desired location and was not as nice inside; but when we arrived, its a/c didn’t work either. We requested a refund, which we received, but had to find a hotel around 9 PM, which was 5 hours after our initial arrival to the original apartment. It was clear that the apartments weren’t thoroughly checked before our arrival and communication was poor. We were quite pleased by Marcus, who really tried to help us out.
