Séjour décevant. Le logement est nettement plus petit que ce que montrent les photos, surtout le salon. Beaucoup de problèmes et d’équipements manquants ou défectueux : pas de pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, pas de lessive, ni d’huile d’olive, étagère cassée dans la penderie, rideau inutilisable dans la chambre, lunette des toilettes qui bouge, planche à découper cassée, un seul verre à vin ébréché, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain et même une coupure de courant. Par ailleurs, la récupération des clés impose un détour contraignant par l’agence. Ce point n’est communiqué qu’après la réservation et non mentionné dans l’annonce.
