Very clean, decent bed and great shower with strong pressure and hot water. Decent breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food, cereal and yogurt. They will also make Capuchino's etc. if you ask in addition to drip coffee and an espresso machine. Close walk to the city center and less than 5 minutes to the Metro/Train station. Rooms are simple and plain as expected with a 3-star hotel. Also, a bit noisy from street noise and thin walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and its hard to critique for the price.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the noise, it is a convenient walk from the train station, and on the main tram line which was very noisey throughout the night. The room was too hot to leave the windows closed and the air conditioning was not working this time of year, so we had not choice but to open the windows. Everything else about this hotel was great.

The dock milano hotel is amazing. I learned some italian words wirh the sraff. Thanks to them. We took the 48 hours pass. So we were able to visit everything with tramway #13 and to go to dinner with the metro. The breakfast was great.

Ditch the plastic glasses in the room

The staff at the Dock are always very helpful helpful and speak excellent English, and the breakfast options are relatively good. The hotel I have to rate eco friendly only 3 stars because water cups individually wrapped in plastic. At least they don’t have individual shampoo packets so that’s good but there’s absolutely no reason not to provide paper cups instead of plastic. Comfortable bed and pillows. Didn’t sample the wifi. Close proximity to Torino Porta Susa train station a real plus…less than 10 minutes walk.
