Although the house was spacious, there were many issues:- no proper welcome pack, no wifi, two rolls of toilet paper for eight people, no soap or anything else provided upon arrival- the house was filthy. There was dust, mould, scum and grime everywhere, and even cobwebs with spiders inside the house- lots of broken items: the air-conditioner didn't work, the television didn't work, the bbq was out of has, the patio flooring was raised with nails sticking out (our children tripped multiple times)- the bedding was so dirty that even with our own sheets, my son still got bed bugs Just a few of the issues we faced staying here.

Tura Beach long weekend

The property is on arrival impressive and certainly met our needs for a family gathering. The aspect and outside deck were great, as was the family room. However we found the property to be surface clean only. The main bathroom shower had a significant amount of black and orange mould, the outdoor areas need to be dusted for cobwebs, the wardrobe in the main bedroom contained two pairs of underwear. The attention to detail is lacking which is a shame. There had been prior reviews commenting on cleanliness which we assumed would have been dealt with. On the other hand the BBQ was acceptable, but we certainly feel we left it cleaner than when we arrived. An earlier storm had meant that a circuit had been tripped and the agent did get back to us quickly with the solution when we arrived at the property about 8pm. All in all, a good time, but let down a little by easy fixes.

Spacious and well furnished house for large groups

We found the house to be well suited to our group. Upon arrival we could tell the house had not been stayed in for some time but with the current situation that was completely understandable. As for location it is a short walk to the beach, a minute drive to the supermarket and only slightly further to the Tura Beach shopping centre. You will need a car to get around the area as there is very little to do within walking distance and did not see any public transport infrastructure.

Lovely location and family friendly home

Happy with everything except rusty barbecue which was unusable. Also we needed to clean the home on arrival (dust and cobwebs) due to lack of use I would think . Otherwise nice family home .
