Heat system was not functioning properly when we arrived and room was nearly 80 overnight making it difficult to sleep. The problem was corrected the following afternoon after contacting property management. This problem should have been corrected before we arrived.

Checkin process was awesome! Large room and a comfortable bed. The room had a very strange smell and the sheets smelled like they were left in the washing machine for days. The water pressure for the shower was terrible. The remote for the tv was broken and would not change the volume on the tv - it was so loud. The walls were so thin we could hear the person next door throwing up.

The sound on the tv was not adjustable. Being partially deaf it was very hard to hear the tv. Thin walls could hear and smell the room nxt door. Woke up at 6 to the smell of Marijuana. Clean room ,comfortable internet was good.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room and bed were comfortable. The room was clean, although the rug was quite stained with grime. The shower head was broken at the threads and so was unusable. The staff was very cordial and polite.

Room was exactly as pictured, clean and nicely updated. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The king bed was actually soooo comfortable we slept the best we have in a while! Would recommend.

At arrival we discovered it was contactless which is fine, but the instructions were inaccurate. When i booked, $28 remained open to be paid at arrival, but there was no way to do that. At 330 am i was woke up by music playing in the adjacent room, 17.

The room was an ADA compliant room. The shower I was afraid to use as the drain was in the shower as well as on the middle of the bathroom floor. I did not want to flood my room. The drain cover in the middle of the bathroom floor was not attached to the floo. There was a sink removed from the bathroom wall and the wall was not open, but the sink hanger clips were left in place. The sink had been moved outside the bathroom. The heat was set on 60 degrees f so when we arrived and it was only 10 degrees, we were forced to take a car ride until out room warmed up. Refrigerator was turned off We turned it on but it never got cold enough to cook our never cold enough. I feel the room was overpriced for what it actually was. A room with a black ceiling and white painted paneling. Not really impressed but was ok for a quick over night stay. Snow was being shovelled away from the walkway before day light so if you were awakened by this, this would be the time you got out of bed

We didn't have breakfast . wasn't sure where to go since it was self check in. There was a problem with the fuel delivery and the room was very cold. turned heat up to 80 at night and the room temp reached 62 by morning. the room was very clean. we had food we brought with us but couldn't eat it because the microwave made a horrible noise when we plugged it in and didn't stop until we unplugged it again, and it didn't heat up. location was good. we were just a few minutes from The Wild Center, where we were going to visit.
