Staff on arrival was friendly, however, the desk attendant the next day was not. We requested a room clean and fresh towels and that did not happen. Unfortunately, housekeeping was gone for the day. I requested some fresh towels for my friend and I and she handed me one. I asked for additional for night and morning and she was very hesitant and never apologized for our room not being serviced. We had 2 queen beds and they were like sleeping on the floor. Extremely uncomfortable. On a positive note, the hotel floor was pretty quiet.

This was one of the cleanest and nicer properties that I have ever stayed at. I would recommend this property to anyone. If I’m ever back in the area there’s no doubt I’d choose to stay here.
