My experience at this hotel was disappointing. After my first night, I discovered a rose petal in the bed that definitely wasn’t mine. It made me feel like someone had been intimate in the room before me and I ended up sleeping in their mess. The front desk associate was apologetic and had housekeeping replace the bedding while I was at work, which I appreciated. She also told me the GM had been made aware and would reach out, but I never heard from them.
Honestly, what if my wife had visited and found the rose petal? That would have put me in a terrible situation.
If that wasn’t enough, on my final night I was woken up at 5 AM by the fire alarm due to an issue with the hot water system. Out of my three-night stay, two nights were awful. Overall, this was not the experience I expected from a Hilton property. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the guest experience.
