Room was great. The only thing keeping me from a 5* was that that the lady at the counter wouldn't even acknowledge me upon checkout. I think she was an hour away from ending her night shift but that shouldn't matter.

No Hampton signs off main road, Noisy, Staff was not very friendly at check in and did not offer bottled water , did not mention me being a honor member. I had to ask twice if my honor number was on the reservation. I had used Expedia due to issues with signing in to the Hilton network. I attempted to sign in to Hilton site for other reservations but kept receiving error messages. I then made my other reservations thru Wyndham hotels

This hotel was a big letdown. The property is old, worn down, and had mold throughout. The staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly. Breakfast was poorly managed — there were no eggs left, and none of the other food items were being replenished. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and uneven, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the place needs serious updates and better customer service. I wouldn’t stay here again.
