I was very pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had great hotel stays recently. Room was clean. Air was cold. Room didn’t stink. Bed was comfy. Pillows were comfy. Staff was nice and pleasant. 10/10 for us.

Overall we had a good stay. The staff was nice but didn’t feel welcoming or warm. The tables in the room had residue from cleaning products, some sticky. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked and no vent. The soap tray by the sink was dirty. The hot water took forever to warm up, but it was low pressure on hot and it got to high warm at best. The pillows were small, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. We felt safe and was in a great location. We would stay again but it wouldn’t be our first choice.

Always stay here when passing thru Tupelo once or twice a year. Staff always friendly and helpful. Convenient to shopping including medical when had a sick child. Pool and exercise equipment great. Breakfast great.
