Very nice hotel, staff was particularly friendly. Good area and nice rooms except hot water in shower could have been hotter. We had warm water and could shower but not a really nice "hot" shower. They have a major hotel chain competitor building on a lot right in front of them that I'm sure will cut into their overnight guests!

I prefer a downstairs room but at least there's an elevator to use along with luggage carts. Each time I have stayed here I was put in a room upstairs. The rooms are nice but I don't like being so far away from my car. Parking here was difficult for me. Very few spots available and I am not comfortable if I am not able to see my car from my room. The staff was friendly and helpful
