As I booked the payment was taken. I completed the online check in sending copies of our passports and arrival time with our flight number. BUT I didn't receive the check-in details for entering the property! I called customer care, @ Hotels.com they said everything was good and that some Landlords send check in details the day before or on the day of check in. I received the check-in information a couple of hours before check-in started. We found and accessed the property easily. There is underground parking which was great, secure and close to the lift, so easy to take luggage into the apartment. The property itself was clean and welcoming, with an AC left on to cool the room. There were cups, glasses,plates etc BUT NO Cutlery so we had to go out to buy some!! We didn't use the cooking facilities or washing machine. Beds very comfortable, pillows very supportive great nights sleep. Shutters on the patio doors so secure and dark. Shower strong with plenty of hot water. Bathroom is small but you can easily access everything. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Garden was lovely, its enclosed so great for kids to play in. Garden chairs and table available. Its a family area with shops and restaurants close by. Its quiet we weren't disturbed at all. I highly recommend and would stay again when in Tunis. La Marsa is central and easy to get to other places. My only concern was receiving the check in details so late! Correspondence was minimal and all in French.
