Hotel is well maintained, clean spacious room. Limited room service with over priced min bar. I was charged a big amount of money just for small snakes, the prices of the mini bar is over 10 times the actual price. Staff are very friendly and willing to help!

Elevator doesn’t work, room they gave us had no phone, services advertised where non-existent. They charge you for drinks in the fridge in the room. The room had water damage. And when you ask for things like an extra pillow or towel they say they will send it down and then they don’t. The only good thing about this place was the ocean view and the restaurant.

We have to wait for our check in for more than 45 min. They said the room wasn't ready yet they didn't even told that they are sorry. The air conditioning was broken and drop of watter kept going. They fixed when we were there. The sheets were dirty also. The best for the end they gave us used dirty slippers

Bad experience: the hotel is located in the same building of the night music club : very very noisy till 7.00am, and closed to restaurants (it smells the shrimps in the room...). The access to the spa is closed, and the "jet" in the swimming do not work... The stairs to the sea are very not well maintained (dangerous).. However, the staff is aware and are kind, but they do not have the capacity to react..

Beautiful property that has been recently renovated and is exceptionally well maintained. The staff was outstanding—friendly, courteous, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. The facility was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Could be a very nice get away for romantic young couples!
