Overall I thought it was a great value. For the value I would say 5/5, overall, 4/5. They ran out of some breakfast items and by the time they were able to refill them we had to go. I would definitely stay here again

The room was dirty. Stains on all of the pillows and towels. Kind of just a run down motel. They also don’t let you take breakfast back to your room or they charge you $50 but that wasn’t listed on the Travelocity booking, so you have to sit in a crowded lobby and eat the poorly prepared food in front of everyone else.

1) assigned room was nearly a 1/4-mi walk, from lobby clear back to elevator, then up to 3rd floor, then last room clear at the back of 3rd floor - considering I requested "some" handicapped accommodation thru Expedia, like they went out of their way to be as "unaccomodating" as possible... 2) room in questionable shape; no cups of any kind, and first hotel I've encountered where I'm going down in search of a screwdriver to put bathroom door lock back together (?) 3) street entrance clogged with parked trucks (if you can find it at all), nearly run down by a UPS truck barrelling out of parking lot on wrong side of street. Like a 3-ring circus...

Area in hallway near the pool area not well cared for. Needed shampooing past the eating area due to wet moldy odor. Room floor was not well vacuumed as I fealt gritty bits under my feet when walking barefoot. Bed was quite comfortable but had no extra blankets available.

Dont stag here, you'll regret it

Tv didnt work, they kept saying someone was coming to fix it they didn't. One neighboring room had guests physically fighting and throwing each other into walls, the other neighbir was screaming, across the hall was a screaming baby and a couple doors down someones fire alram was going off forever. They had one poor employee tryi g to deal with all of this. She was doing the best she could but clearly management couldnt be bothered to fix any of the issues going on.
