Dont stag here, you'll regret it

Tv didnt work, they kept saying someone was coming to fix it they didn't. One neighboring room had guests physically fighting and throwing each other into walls, the other neighbir was screaming, across the hall was a screaming baby and a couple doors down someones fire alram was going off forever. They had one poor employee tryi g to deal with all of this. She was doing the best she could but clearly management couldnt be bothered to fix any of the issues going on.

The girl at the front desk was efficient but could have been friendlier. The room was basically clean until we pulled back the top sheet and found a couple of blood stains on the sheets and pillow casing. They brought a new sheet to the room but did not put it on the bed. What has happened to customer service?

The hot tub was not working and both times we went to the pool, there was only one clean pool towel available. Other than that, I was happy with our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was dated but clean. The staff was friendly. I also felt safe in the area and in the hotel. I would stay there again.

Room was clean but things such as advertisement of 40 inch TV were wrong. My room had a 32 inch TV. It advertises free Wi-Fi but I was unable to remote in based off of their limited Internet packages. The pool was smaller than I expected and the top rung of the ladder was broken. The hot tub was nice, but did seem like a bit dirty. Also, the filters that removed moisture from the air in the pool room were completely packed with dirt.

staff was very rude during check-in. A lot of unsafe people in the parking lot. Hot tub did not work and pool area is very loud due to fan system. Had a hard time getting towels for the pool. air conditioning was not great. only positive was the bed was comfortable.

The room had a terrible smell like old mop water. The location is not in a good part of town. The gravy was as thin as water. When we left, there was a couple smoking by one of the exits and not cigarettes. Told the desk clerk and she just smiled.

I came here because the hotel that I was staying at wasn't safe. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the lady at the front desk. This place is secured because only guests with keycard can enter. Breakfast is great and plentiful, they are always filling the trays with more food. If I am ever back in Tulsa, this is the place that I will like to stay at again,

The hot tub was really nice. Might have beenthe hottest I've been in. Breakfast was good. Hot biscuits and gravy and sausage patties Right off the highway so i felt pretty safe. Room was clean and cool. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Will most likely stay here again next time i come through.

The prices are really affordable, the room was very clean, no funky odors, Awesome pool and a hot tub, and finally the hot breakfast they had is very delicious. I totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good stay in the city and I myself would love to come back more often.

There were no working outlets in the room except for the outlet for the tv, making it impossible to charge phones etc, no light to enter the room , only one working light in the entire room. The clerk at the desk was not pleasant or helpful at all. That outlet stand in that outlet.
