All looks nice and clean until you try to use it? TV are beautiful, big, but do not work. The night staff says she gets this complaint all the time. Coffe maker did not work. Shower barely dribbles water.Cigarette Smoke fills the common ground which then creeps into your room. Good luck calling the front desk????
