The hotel staff were extremely polite & helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean (King suite). The only things that I would say need improvement are having different breakfast options (we were there 6 days and it was the same every day) and to set the yogurt cooler on a lower temperature. The yogurt was not edible due to it being very watery from not being cold enough. There was only one washer & dryer. It would’ve nice to have more than one, especially with the large sporting event that took place in Tulsa for the entire week. There were several homeless people around the area of the hotel, but I felt very safe walking my small dog in the early mornings and late evenings. They were around, but they didn’t approach me or make me uncomfortable. Access to the highway was quick and easy. The hotel was very close to all sorts of shopping & dining. Would not think twice about staying there again.

Check-in was efficient and the staff was courteous and professional (after a long day of driving, this is important!). The room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated that the breakfast area was clean and spacious. The food was good, both hot and cold options available. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and well versed in the legalities concerning service dogs. As a service dog handler, this is huge. Too many people passing off pets as service animals, has caused damage to true service dogs by attacking them and ruining them. .
